CONCERNING
FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 89/KMK.04/2002 CONCERNING PROCEDURE FOR THE EXEMPTION FROM IMPORT DUTY AND AND EXCISE ON IMPORTED GOODS FOR THE NEED OF INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES AND THEIR OFFICIALS ASSIGNED IN INDONESIA
BY GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD,
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Considering:
a. that Deutsche Gesellschaftf Technische Zussammenarbeit (GTZ) is Technical Cooperation Board of Federal Republic of Germany that is stipulated as international board get exemption from import duty based on Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 concerning Procedure for the Exemption from Import Duty and Excise on Imported Goods for the Need of International Agencies and Their Officials Assigned in Indonesia as amended several times, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 135/PMK.04/2010;
b. that Secretariat of the State by letter No. B-762/Setneg/Setmen/KTLN/KL.01/04/2011 dated April 14, 2011 propose change name of international board that is stipulated in Attachment to Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 concerning Procedure for the Exemption from Import Duty and Excise on Imported Goods for the Need of International Agencies and Their Officials Assigned in Indonesia as amended several times, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 135/PMK.04/2010 by changes Deutsche Gesellschaftf Technische Zussammenarbeit (GTZ) become Deutsche Gesellschaftf Internationale Zussammenarbeit (GIZ);
c. that international board proposed by Secretariat of the State as intended in paragraph b, fulfill conditions to get exemption from import duty according to provision in customs;
d. that based on consideration as intended in paragraph a, paragraph b, and paragraph c, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Fourteenth Amendment to Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 concerning Procedure for the Exemption from Import Duty and Excise on Imported Goods for the Need of International Agencies and Their Officials Assigned in Indonesia;
In view of:

2. Law No. 11/1995 concerning Excise (Statute Book No. 76/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613) as amended by Law No. 39/2007 (Statute Book No. 105/2007, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4755);
3. Presidential Decree No. 56/P/2010;
4. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 concerning Procedure for the Exemption from Import Duty and Excise on Imported Goods for the Need of International Agencies and Their Officials Assigned in Indonesia as amended several times, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 135/PMK.04/2010;
HAS DECIDED:
To stipulate:
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 89/KMK.04/2002 CONCERNING PROCEDURE FOR THE EXEMPTION FROM IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE ON IMPORTED GOODS FOR THE NEED OF INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES AND THEIR OFFICIALS ASSIGNED IN INDONESIA
Article I
To amend paragraph 22 Roman Number II of Attachment of the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/PMK.04/2002 concerning Procedure for the Exemption from Import Duty and Excise on Imported Goods for the Need of International Agencies and Their Officials Assigned in Indonesia, as amended by:

Article II
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into effect on the date of Stipulation.
